Philipp and Mark Mosimann, the sons of Anton Mosimann, joined Mosimann’s in 2007 as joint Managing Directors of the firm.
Philipp joined Mosimann’s in 2007 after three years in Switzerland, where he was Chief Operating Officer for Mővenpick Restaurants overseeing their twenty-two restaurants in Germany and Switzerland. During his time at Mövenpick, Philipp turned around the Swiss restaurant portfolio as well as launching exclusive high-end dining concepts in Zurich, Basel, Geneva and Zug.
Philipp was previously in charge of opening the award-winning Equinox Complex of fine-dining restaurants and clubs at the Swissôtel the Stamford Singapore, part of the Raffles International group. Philipp graduated from the prestigious Lausanne Hotel School in 2000 and has worked in some of the finest establishments in the world, including the Hotel Crillon in Paris, the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, Villa Principe Leopoldo in Lugano, Switzerland and the Hotel Nassauerhof in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Mark joined Mosimann’s in 2007 after four years in Shanghai where, as the General Manager of the highly-regarded Laris restaurant at the prestigious Three on the Bund complex, he took the company from pre-opening to winning the 2005 and 2006 “best restaurant of the year”.
Mark is also a graduate of the Lausanne Hotel School and has extensive international hotel and catering experience at world-renowned establishments such as the Sheraton Park Tower in London, the Villa Principe Leopoldo in Lugano, Switzerland, the Palace Hotel in Beijing and the Campton Place Hotel in San Francisco.
