Our team-building days invite you to experience the adrenaline rush of a busy restaurant while learning a few essential skills and techniques you can take home with you. We work with you to create your ideal day, whether it’s a Hell’s Kitchen style individual competition or a two teams going head to head to deliver the perfect meal.
Private hire
The Academy is an excellent venue for corporate hospitality functions, seminars, workshops; product launches, dinners, and is ideal for cocktail parties. The two floors of the Academy are available for hire either individually or as a whole.
