New Culinary Experience
Thursday 11th December
9:00 am - 3:30 pm
It’s an early start at Mosimann’s Academy. We assemble in the Library, with coffee and pastries, look at the menu and shopping list. Then it’s off to Borough to talk to the traders and shop for ingredients for the planned menu. You will also have time to make that special purchase for yourself. We take you back to the Academy to prepare your lunch which will be served with Mosimann’s wine in the Library.
9:00 am Tea and coffee served in the Academy Library
10:00 am Depart for Borough
11:30 am Back to the Academy to start cooking
1:30 pm Enjoy the lunch you have cooked
3:30 pm Guests depart
