Cook & Dine Experience
Friday 28th November
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
If you enjoy entertaining but don’t have the time to spend hours in the kitchen, this is the experience for you. Learn how to prepare in advance so you have less to do on the night. This course will fill you in on many of those tricks and short cuts that professional chefs and party organisers use to great effect in order to make your night a success. Create elegant dishes with the minimum of fuss, greet the guests with a smile and really enjoy your own party!
6:30 pm A glass of wine, served in the Academy Library
6:45 pm Demonstration and hands-on cookery session
8:00 pm Demonstration ends
8:30 pm Transfer to Mosimann's Dining Club for dinner
11:00 pm Guests depart
