With excellent facilities and highly experienced teaching staff, we provide a high level of hands-on involvement. Early booking is recommended as places are limited

Each day begins with a short introductory talk on health and safety and the history of The Academy before donning aprons and starting to cook. To find out more about each course use the calendar to the right.

Our cook & dine experiences start with a cookery course at The Academy in Battersea followed by a fabulous meal with wine at Mosimann’s Dining Club in Belgravia.
One Day Courses £145.00
Our one-day cookery courses cover essential skills, tips and techniques from the professional kitchen taught by our experienced chef. Participants then have a chance to enjoy what they have prepared over a relaxed lunch with wine at The Academy.
